This is a joint initiative between NHS Cambridgeshire (NHSC), GP Commissioners and Urgent Care Cambridgeshire (UCC). It offers a freelance ‘portfolio’ career opportunity, particularly for newly qualified GPs, and provides a structured environment supported by the UCC.

If you are:

· a newly qualified GP,

· or an experienced Freelance Locum

· or  a GP moving to Cambridgeshire

We would like to hear from you if you:

· Are interested in becoming part of a pilot to develop a high quality team of Freelance GPs

· Feel you could benefit the organisation and would like to develop a portfolio career

· Are willing to attend regular meetings and be involved in Significant Event analysis etc

· Are interested in helping improve the professional standing of freelance GPs
